Two primary Seattle tech companies launched the departures of their chief financial officers Thursday, tied to their fourth-quarter earnings studies.
Tableau CFO Tom Walker is stepping down after better than 13 years with the data visualization agency. Walker will take a six-month sabbatical after handing the reigns over to Tableau finance VP Damon Fletcher. Fletcher will perform interim CFO as Tableau searches for a eternal various for Walker.
In the meantime, Impinj launched its CFO, Evan Fein, will depart the RFID agency March 30. Fein has been with Impinj for 17 years.
“I’ve decided to spend further time with family and to pursue completely different alternate options,” Fein talked about in an announcement. “I’m devoted to supporting a clear transition.”
Impinj didn’t provide any further particulars on the reason for Fein’s departure. GeekWire reached out to Tableau for further particulars. We are going to exchange this story if we hear once more.
Tableau launched Walker’s exit in its This fall earnings report. The company reported $877.1 million in earnings for 2017, a six % year-over-year improve.
